El proyecto ser\u00e1 construido en la azotea del edificio y proveer\u00e1 al establecimiento con energ\u00eda limpia durante los pr\u00f3ximos 25 a\u00f1os. La electricidad autogenerada por el centro comercial se compensar\u00e1 con la consumida por el mismo, bajo la modalidad de Net Metering.
